Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Packages

Delivery Confirmation
Once tracking information shows that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Softym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
